Hi I'm Dave Hellyer

Hi, I'm Dave Hellyer and here are a few things about me.

I'm a husband to Shelley, and dad to Sammy and Ellis.
I've been a youth worker for 20 years, and a puppeteer for over 25 years.
I love DJing on vinyl, I still collect old records even though I don't get the chance to play out very often any more.
I have killed an embarrassing number of bonsai trees, and am currently trying to not kill a collection of cacti.
I have been making puppets since 2005. I love bringing new characters to life.
I write youth work teaching materials, and have done so regularly for the last 10 years.
I have recently started writing teaching materials for Children's ministry over the last 18months.
I regularly share games ideas for youth and children's work on my YouTube channel.
